STEP 2 Starter Kit

We will send you a free starter kit that includes items such as our fee schedule and Rx forms, along with other essential information. Our sales staff can visit local dental offices to provide in-person explanations upon request. Please feel free to contact us for further information.

STEP 3 Send Your Case

Please send all necessary items for your case, such as impressions, plaster models, and Rx forms, to our address. Because shipping methods vary by location, we will provide detailed instructions when you first contact us.

STEP 4 Fabrication

Once we receive all necessary materials, we will begin the fabrication process. Our dental technicians will create high-quality restorations according to your specifications and requests.

STEP 5 Delivery

We will carefully pack and ship the completed restoration to you via a courier service or our on-staff driver.

STEP 6 Invoicing & Payment

Invoices are delivered upon completion of each case. Monthly statements are issued at the end of each month and mailed to your office. Payment can be made by check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover).
