What do I need to prepare when placing an order?

We will provide you with an Rx form, which can also be downloaded from our Download section. Please complete the form and send it to us along with any impressions or models. For offices placing their first order with us, we will provide a detailed explanation of the ordering process.

Can you fabricate restorations from CAD data?

We accept orders based on CAD data. We also accommodate orders from IOS (intraoral scanner) systems. Please visit our Digital Services page for more details.

How do payments work?

Statements are issued at the beginning of each month. All outstanding balances are due within 30 days of the statement date, typically the last business day of the month. Payment can be made by check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover).
